Through storytelling, they explored complex historical events including the Salem Witch Trials, the American Revolution, the Black Plague, 9/11, and Communism—making meaningful connections between past and present in a truly engaging way 🧠🌍. #CaringMotivatedSuccessful

The CMS Bands competed in the Music in the Parks Festival this past Saturday, and absolutely dominated! 🎶🏆

They brought home 2 First Place Trophies, the Grand Champion Trophy, and the Esprit de Corps Award for excellence both on and off the stage. Not only were they the highest scoring middle school band, they outscored all groups in attendance, including high school concert bands and jazz ensembles!

I’m incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication these students have shown all year. Despite some unusual rehearsal situations, they persevered and rose to the top.

Thank you for your continued support, and a HUGE shout-out to our amazing teacher chaperones—this wouldn’t be possible without you! 🙌
