Eight members of the Culpeper Middle School FFA chapter represented their school and community at the 100th Annual Virginia FFA State Convention, held June 8–11, 2026 at Virginia Tech. The event brought together approximately 2,100 FFA members from across the Commonwealth for leadership development, career exploration, competitions, and networking opportunities.
During the four-day convention, CMS students competed in Career Development Events (CDEs) in Livestock Evaluation, Agricultural Mechanics, and Small Animal Care. They also participated in leadership sessions and workshops designed to strengthen agricultural knowledge, build leadership skills, and connect with FFA members from chapters throughout Virginia.
In addition to competing, the Culpeper Middle School FFA chapter was recognized with two prestigious chapter awards:

The Virginia FFA Association is dedicated to developing students' potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.
