In the Regular Board Meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023, the Culpeper County School Board recognized fifteen students with ZAPP awards for their success at State and National FCCLA competitions. ZAPP stands for Zealous Appreciation of Positive Performance. School Board ZAPP awards are presented when students or staff earn State or National level recognition.
