Culpeper County Public Schools (CCPS) and Culpeper Media Network are pleased to announce that the Culpeper County High School (CCHS) and Eastern View High School (EVHS) graduation ceremonies will be livestreamed on each schools’ respective YouTube channel on Saturday morning, May 20, 2023 at 9:00 AM.

⭐️If you have not ordered your cap and gown – order one NOW from the Herff Jones link posted in Google Classroom
⭐️MANDATORY graduation practices – enter the front of the building and go directly to the auditorium
o Wednesday, May 17th – 9 am until noon
o Thursday, May 18th – 9 am until 1 pm
⭐️Keep your grades up, keep doing the right things, check in if you need help
⭐️Check in Powerschool to see if you owe fees, textbooks, etc
o Chromebooks and chargers must be turned in your last week
💻 May 10th in the senior lunch area during all lunch shifts
💻 May 12th at the gym entrance during activity block
💻 If those times don’t work for you, please take it to Mrs. Uribe in room 508
💻It must be charged – you have to turn it on
⭐️If anything is owed to the school, you will not get your graduation tickets
⭐️You will be getting FOUR field tickets (chairs on the field) – all other guests will be seated in the bleachers
⭐️Handicap tickets (under the tent on the field) – must be RESERVED by May 5th
o I cannot give you handicap parking tags – those are issued by the state
⭐️You will only get ONE parking pass. You can come in and out with the parking pass, but MUST have it to park on campus
🚌 Other parking will be at Floyd T Binns Middle and Sycamore Park Elementary- buses will shuttle guest from there to the high school stadium
⭐️Your last day is May 12th. You may not come back in the building after that, except for graduation practice! Say your farewells to your favorite teachers at the senior picnic 🧺 on Decision Day (5/12)
⭐️Senior exam exemption forms are available in the main office – please stick to the deadlines on the form to qualify for exemption
⭐️Graduation Day – Saturday, May 20th
🎓 Graduates, you must be in the auditorium by 7 am
🎓Dress for the day: no jeans, no tennis shoes – guys: shirt, tie, slacks – girls: dress or slacks
🎓Caps may be decorated, but it must be appropriate
🎓Parents & Guests, the gates will not open for seating before 7:30 am
