We're looking for students with experience in basing, backing stunts, basic tumbling, and learning cheers and dances quickly. We are not currently looking for flyers.

📋 Sign up with Coach Cobb in Room 409 by October 30! A VHSL physical dated after August 2025 must be registered in Arbiter.

🐴 CMS FFA Takes on the State Fair Again! 💙🧡

CMS FFA traveled back to the State Fair of Virginia to compete in the Junior Hippology Competition, and our team earned an impressive 8th-place finish overall! 🎉

For three of our members, this was their very first competition, and they did a fantastic job representing CMS! We are proud of their hard work, courage, and willingness to take on a new challenge.

📚 CMS SCA Makes a BIG Impact! 📚

Thanks to the generosity of our CMS community, our SCA collected approximately 450 books during our recent book drive! 🎉

Through the Tattoo a Teacher fundraiser, SCA also raised $170 to purchase even more new books! 💰📖

All of the books collected and money raised will go toward supporting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and its mission of putting books into the hands of children. ❤️📚

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated books, purchased tattoos, and to our teachers who joined in the fun. Your support helped make this book drive an incredible success! 🧡💙

Our CMS Civics students put their creativity and knowledge of government to work for Constitution Day! Students created their own superheroes based on one of the three branches of government: Legislative, Executive, or Judicial. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Each hero was given special “powers” based on the responsibilities of their branch, along with a custom outfit designed to showcase those powers. What a fun way to bring the Constitution and our system of checks and balances to life! ⚖️📜
