In with 2018 and second semester!

When looking back on our first semester – it’s easy to recall several months of Cougar events, celebrations, academic and athletic accomplishments, and our shared determination to be successful in all we do. CMS continues to be a school where the entire faculty and staff desire more than anything for our students to reach their potential while encouraging them to be active participants in their own learning.

With the arrival of a new year and new semester, we all have the opportunity to review goals set in the fall and recommit to them for the remainder of the school year.  We should ask ourselves if there is a need to add any new “resolutions” that will help us meet these goals.  As a school, we understand how important it is to build connections with our students and families and we will continue to develop these throughout the year.   We want our students to feel safe, connected to and important to the faculty and staff at CMS, since these traits will help our students thrive as active, literate learners, act as good citizens and be prepared for leading productive lives.

Go Cougars!
