Bonnie Estes has worked for the school division for five years at both CMS and Eastern View High School. Prior to that, she worked for five years in the Greene County school division and for two years in the Piedmont Regional Education Program. Estes earned a bachelor’s degree in human service counseling from Old Dominion University and a master’s degree in teaching special education from Liberty University. Her educational leadership endorsement comes from James Madison University.

Latrese D. Younger has several years of teaching, coaching, and administration experience across three different public school districts in Virginia. She possesses a Bachelors of Arts in English Education from Virginia State University and a Masters of Educational Leadership with a concentration in Technology Education from Strayer University. Mrs. Younger is eager to serve the students of Culpeper Middle.

Karen Ellis, an 18-year veteran educator, was named assistant principal for CMS. Ellis has 13 years as a classroom teacher, primarily teaching middle school math, three years as an assistant principal and two years as a principal. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and a master’s degree in education from Capella University.
